And to me, that is unacceptable. Welcome to Find the Root Cause podcast. I'm Dr. Jennifer Jente. My patients call me Dr. J. On the last video we talked about false positive weight loss and true cellular weight loss. So this video I'm gonna talk to you about the weight to lose weight interest cellularly, which is exactly where transformation takes place. If you are not addressing yourself, you are not gonna get results. Everything takes place inside of the cells? Cells are billions and zillions of little molecules, I call them, that work for us. That's how we able to function every day. Think of your body as a factory. You hire people to work in the factory. So these people are yourselves. When they are dying, they are not being taken care of, they are not being hydrated. They are under undesirable condition. They are not gonna survive. But now, because the body's amazing, the body can. Produce more cells and the body can heal itself, can rejuvenate itself, can restore itself, so therefore, the cells that are dying can revive and survive again, if you do exactly what is required of you to do to support them. When it comes to weight loss, you have to really look at a few factors, the root causes of weight loss. There are five of them. I'm gonna discuss all of them on the webinar that I'm hosting. April 14th, 2025 at 5:00 PM it is frustrating seeing patients that are putting time, energy, and money behind something when they are not happy with the result they are experiencing, the outcomes they are experiencing when they have desire for something and they are experiencing something else. Even if you were to lose five pounds, but what are we doing to lose the five pounds? How do you feel losing the five pounds? When it comes to weight loss, we have to think about psychological factor of weight loss, the metabolic factor of weight loss, and also the would cause this factor of weight loss, which I'm gonna discuss in the webinar, and you can have access to that now. Losing weight has to take place deep inside of the cells because when you give the cells exactly what it needs, you decrease the inflammation, you move the water weight, you address your immune system, you address the toxins. Your cells gonna have all that they need to function for you. You're gonna find yourself having more energy, less for game. Motivated Stimina endurance, you're gonna find yourself saying no to the food that's not serving you. Decreas cravings, control your appetite. You're gonna have power, power over everything that you do in your life, and then the weight's gonna drop off. But the beauty of it is that not only the weight's gonna drop off, you also gonna learn how to maintain it. And that's where I am when I wanna gain weight. I can turn on the faucet, increase my caloric intake exercise, enlarge my muscles, increase my muscle mass. I can eat less. I can control what I'm putting to my body. I can change however I want. The number one factor in need to understand is that you are in control. You control everything that involves you. The weight loss is your control. The doctor that's prescribing the medication. Even me with my weight plus program that I have running right now, I don't control the patient. They control. I'm just a guide of giving them the tools and the resources. Then they get to decide what they wanna do with it. You are in control. You can stay in bed and do nothing. It's an opportunity to shift your mindset. It's an opportunity for you not to repeat yesterday. And then the same applies for weight loss in the past. If you have tried so many things and you aren't getting a result, don't be frustrated. Just let it go. And this is the number one thing that I work with my patients in my weight loss program, law of Detachment is that a law, the love detachment, the love letting go, the love of moving forward. But those are my own laws, so that you can unlock opportunities. If you are not losing the weight at the cellular level by again, addressing it with causes, working on the psychological piece and making sure your metabolic process is functioning properly, your metabolic organs are functioning properly, then you're not gonna lose the weight. So if you're one of the people that are looking for a sustainable, long lasting weight loss journey, then this is for you. True weight loss comes with energy, comes with motivation, stimuli endurance. Your digestive system is working properly so you're not blo and gassy all of the time. You're able to digest your food. It comes with less inflammation, less water retention. Less aches and pains. You feel great in your body. Feel like you can just get up and run a marathon. That's what true weight loss is. It doesn't come with taking something and not changing your mindset, not changing your habits, not changing your lifestyle. It comes with desire and just like feeling good internally, which is our birthright. We weren't born with this weight that we carry to our life. We were born lean, healthy, powerful. Just in control. If you're not experiencing any of that, then that is not weight loss. Even if you see yourself in the mirror shrinking, you are a down size, your dress size is down, or the skull is telling you you've lost 5, 10, 50 pounds. But how are you doing it? Are you able to maintain it? Is it not gonna come back? Are you gonna plateau? That is not true. Weight loss, that is false. Positive weight loss taking. There's a video about that, a short video. You can go ahead and watch it, but I desire more for you. I desire for you to feel great in everything that you do to see the results, to accomplish your outcomes, to decrease risk for disease and illnesses, not to have a fancy diagnosis from your doctor, and by losing a panel or two can lead you there.
