It's my name, Dr. Jennifer Genti, and I'm wearing a white dress. Awesome. So welcome back to our third installment of our weight loss is easy, you know, program weight loss is easy. Facebook live, Instagram live. And today I want to talk to you about a, my weight loss program that has been, uh, I've Creating so much with so much transformation and results for our patients and I want to give you the opportunity to learn a little bit more about it. The step by step process that we implement to make sure that patients are getting results, because I am aware there are so many other weight loss programs out there. I'm aware. I, you probably heard so many other practitioners or coaches telling you they programs are the best, You know, purchase my program. It's the best. You want another program after that. I am aware, but that's why I am asking you to schedule a call so we can get on the phone so I can answer all your questions. So the first Facebook or Instagram installment or the first live that I did, I talked about how weight loss is super easy. And I did get some comments from many of many people stating that, well, how is it easy when I'm trying all of the things, How dare you to tell me weight loss is easy when I'm, Stuffing myself, I am putting money and resources and other things like the pre packaged meal, the shakes, and I'm hiring personal trainers, and I'm eating, you know, organic food, and I'm, you know, buying medications or, you know, injections and I'm invested in weight loss programs and I'm losing the weight and I'm getting the weight. So how is it fair for you to come and tell us that weight loss is easy? It weight loss is easy. And I went through a few recommendations, suggestions, or things that I looked at for my own patients that are designed to lose weight. And I'm asking you to do the same thing if you, if, you know, if you have not done so, or if your practitioners haven't really helped you lose weight, there are a few things you need to consider in order for you to see the pounds off, In order for you to lose weight, in order for you to shed a few pounds, If you don't consider those three things, and we talked about identifying the root causes, and root causes can be hormones, toxins. When I say hormones, I'm also including not only your type of hormones, your sex hormones, but also the cortisol hormones, which, which is the stress hormones and also the insulin hormones, because many people are into, insulin resistance and they're not even aware of it, Because most doctors do not check insulin unless you have major issues, And then they do a glucose. A basic test, glucose, and your glucose is elevated, they'll do a hemoglobin A1c, and then maybe, maybe they'll check your insulin. But if we want to lose the weight, and make it an easy process, an effective process, a doable process, and have fun, without trying all the crazy things out there, you must do those three things first. Once you identify the root causes, there are so many of them, toxins being one, we all express the toxins, then, then you need to have a roadmap that's going to get you from point A With all the way again to point B to losing the pounds that you're desiring to lose, We are in the middle of spring right now. We're about to enter summer and I know many of my patients have newest resolutions or they have like, you know, goals at the beginning of the year. And almost, almost, almost one of the goals is to lose weight. To feel better, to get healthier, to get off medications, to beat chronic health conditions, to balance the hormones, to have a flatter stomach, to have a beautiful skin, to address the digestive issues. And I have to tell you, many of them are failing right now. Many of them are frustrated because they are not getting to those goals and they are not aware. Of these few steps that we have to implement this few crucial vital steps that you have to consider before you can get to your destination. So that's what I want to talk to you about how I, my program, weight and fat loss with herbs has all of the things that I talked about. But before I do that, yesterday we did a video or live episode about me telling you, you don't need to exercise to lose weight. That also triggers some people. You don't need to go to the gym to lose weight because patients will come to me. They'll be like, Oh, okay. I, you know, I'm going to hire a personal trainer or hire a personal trainer. And I'm not seeing the pounds off. And I would tell them to stop. I'm like, stop going to the gym. And they'll look at me like I'm either crazy or I'm literally losing my mind. Who am I to tell them to stop exercising when they are hearing all over the place that you need to go to the gym to lose weight. It is. And so it is not. So you don't have to go to the gym to lose weight. So I went over why going to the gym, To lose weight and hiring a personal trainer. To lose weight and starving yourself to lose weight can be very, very damaging to your body. And we talked about how if you are tired and you are stressed out, you are sluggish, You are fatigued and you're depending on a stimulant. You're depending on coffee, To get to get you going. You're not waking up with energy and you have brain fog and you are weak. Going to the gym, putting your body on a treadmill, Forcing your body to exercise is very inflammatory. And you're not going to lose the weight. If you were to lose the weight, you're going to gain it back. And I say this all of the time. Granted, yes, we do need to exercise. I don't want you to be sedentary. I want you to get up and move around. After you eat your food, you need to go exercise. You need to move your body. But if you are focusing on exercising and you are focusing on exercising to lose weight, And you're not energized before doing so, it is not, I would never recommend that for you. You need to lose weight by doing the few steps that I outlined, identifying the root cause, detoxing, enroll into a program that has a roadmap, like a clear path. Clear phases, a program that is result driven, A program that's going to guarantee you're going to lose the weight. Doing sustainable, I don't know, taking sustainable actions, Because I know many of us are literally doing like the latest, greatest programs out there that are not sustainable. I saw a patient, and I'm saying not just a patient, I'm seeing a lot of patients coming to us on taking Ozempic. This is the latest thing out there, Semi glutide. Let's do the Ozempic. Let's do the Wigofi. Let's do the Mongero. Let's do the Metformin. Let's do the latest, greatest weight loss gadget, And they're taking all these things. Yes, they might be losing the weight, but they're still tired, They're still struggling. The weight is falling off, but they are still not feeling their best when they do that. And then the minute they stop taking all these, You know products the weight will come back always they will gain the weight back and I don't want that for you I want you to learn valuable skills. I want you to have the knowledge and when you have the knowledge, you can literally put it in rinse and repeat that knowledge. You can literally know What to do every day, all day to lose the weight. And you also learn how when you plateau, what to look at to lose the weight. That's what you need to, that's the transformation that you need. But if we are taking a pill, we're injecting ourselves with those products. I think it is fair and realistic. If you've been anesthetized yourself to know that these are quick fixes, they are not going to give you long lasting results. So stop. Going to the gym when you're exhausted is never good. So stop. Eating 500 calorie diet, literally eating kale all day, Counting calories, you know, like removing sugar, like all these things, they will not be beneficial for you. You need to eat to lose weight. You need to put gas, aka food, in your body, in your car, in your vessel to lose weight. If you are not eating, you are not going to lose weight. I am a foodie. I give my patients recipes. I want them to eat until they are satiated, Because if you do not eat, you're not going to restart your metabolism, You're not going to have a flatter stomach. So you're not going to lose the weight. You're going to be sluggish. You're not providing your cells, your organ, the nutrients that they need to work for you. So if you're enrolled into a weight loss program where you have to take a whole bunch of, a whole bunch of medications, a whole bunch of things, and there's no meal plan, that's going to give you the right food. That's going to give you a sustainable diet, a healthy, sustainable diet. This is not the weight loss program for you. You understand what I'm saying? And I'm seeing so many patients coming to our doors because yes, losing a few pounds is very beneficial for your health, Whether you have autoimmune condition, whether you have, you know, chronic health conditions, whether you have hormonal imbalance, Losing a few pounds will decrease inflammation. Therefore you will allow less stress, Your body will endure less stress so your body can restore and reset and repair. and heal. When you lose a few pounds, you're preventing complications. You're preventing chronic health conditions. You're preventing taking another pill. So I am all for losing weight. But I'm, I'm telling you, if you're struggling right now, today, yesterday, last month, the year before, and you're not losing weight, I want you to really look at the process that you implemented. I want you to look at the program. I don't want you to look at the things that you're doing because whatever you're doing right now is not working for you. And my question to you is, number one, have you identified the root causes of your weight gain? If it is stress, because patients will tell me it's stress, I'm stressed out. I heard stress hormones will make you lose, gain weight. I'm like, yeah, that's true. Stress hormones will not only make you gain weight, will make you weak and make you sick. Stress hormones will decrease your immune system where you always going to have a cold and the flu and the latest greatest, you know, bug out there. And because if you stress out, which we live in a world that has a lot of stressors, Chemical stressors, Emotional stressors. stressors from life, stressors from your job, from the family, financial stressors. There are so many stressors. So what do we do? We have to learn how to cope. We have to manage our stress. We have to make sure that we are feeding our bodies what it needs for adrenal glands, which is the gland that produces stress hormones to support those two glands that's on top of your kidneys. So they can produce less stress. hormones so that you can actually lose the weight. So when patients come to me, they said, yes, Dr. Genzi, I know what you're going to tell me. I need to look at my stress hormones. And I did that, I went to LabCorp and my cortisol is normal. I would tell them that is not true unless you do a specific 24 hours cortisol study, or you do the salivary gland, Cortisol, salivary test. Your sputum test, salivary test, when you are checking your cortisol in the morning when you wake up, in the afternoon, in the evening, and at night. Once you have that valuable information, then you can incorporate some herbs, specifically when your stress hormones are at the highest. That's what we do in our practice. I have patients right now that are going, life is just literally not going away. But you'll never know because they are not stressed out. They don't have anxiety. They're not depressed. They're not pulling out the hair. They'll be like, oh, well, I'm just going to do what's in my control. I'm just going to leave the rest of the universe. I'm not going to worry about this because I cannot control this, I'm believing things are working for me. That's what happens when you have good stress management. You're not putting fires all day long. You get to choose how you want to feel and how you want to manage the stress. You get to pick your battle, so to speak. A lot of us are not addressing those causes and we're doing everything else. And then we're feeling so frustrated, so disappointed for putting all the effort in losing weight and not losing the weight. Step number one, that I take my patient like very first time before we actually do anything with them. We identify those causes. Let's look at your thyroid hormones, not the TSH. TSH is not a thyroid hormone. Don't come to me with a TSH. That is not a thyroid hormone. It is a thyroid stimulating hormone. So if you go to your primary care doctor, and they are checking your TSH, and they're telling you, oh, your thyroid is fine, tell them, nope. You need to do your thyroid antibodies, We look at the thyroid antibodies. Because antibodies are being produced in the presence of an antigen. So if you're a thyroid, your body's producing antibodies is specific to the thyroid, then yes, you're not going to lose the weight. You might have Hashimoto's thyroiditis or hypothyroidism where your everything slows down because your thyroid gland is a thermostat. When it's high, you can feel it all. You have the anxiety, You have the heat and you lose weight rapidly. Like you literally have your heart coming out of your chest. That's hyper. When it's low, Everything is sluggish. Your metabolism is sluggish. You're not going to lose the weight. So it's like the thermostat. When you turn on the heat, I'm hot. Oh my God. I'm on fire. When you turn on the heat. Ooh, I'm cold. I'm really cold. And when you're done checking your thyroid hormone, you need to check your sex hormones. Check your estrogen because you might be having premenopausal weight gain. or perimenopausal weight gain, hormonal weight gain. So let's check your estrogen, estradiol, your progesterone, your DHEA. You need to check your cortisol hormones. Again, remember, we need to check all four, Because you might be waking up in the morning, your stress level is low, and then you go to work, your stress level increases, You might be waking up in the morning and you go to work, your stress level is low and then when you get home, your stress level is to the roof and you can't sleep. It's waking, your mind is racing, it's waking you up in the middle of the night. You're not resting, you're not healing, you're not losing weight. We need to check your cortisol hormones. I hope you guys are writing this thing down. Check your cortisol hormone, please. Once you're done, check your insulin hormones. Insulin is produced by the pancreas, Many of us have really poor diet. We eat a lot of carbs. Every time you eat carbs, your pancreas is being signaled or it's being told to increase insulin and the insulin kind of bring the glucose or the carbs into your cells for energy. So when, when you have that energy using your carbs for energy, maybe using your protein for energy, fat for energy, you need to have that energy. That's when you go exercise. If your pancreas is keep producing insulin, but there's a no connection, Like it's not communicating with the food that's coming into your body and your pancreas keeps sensing there's food coming inside of, you know, being coming into your body and keep producing insulin, producing insulin that can prevent you from losing weight. We need to check your toxicity level. That's, you don't even have to do any tests for that. We all have toxins. So that's why I'm going to go over my step by step process that I, implement for my patients to lose weight. That is guaranteed. You're going to lose 12 pounds in two and a half months. Guaranteed. Yes, people lose 12 pounds in my weight and fat loss programs. 12 pounds in two and a half months. Guaranteed. I have yet to find someone that went through my program, my hormone and Fat loss, weight and fat loss with herbs program and didn't lose weight. They all lost weight because I specifically included Chinese herbs that have been studied and research implemented and used way, like a long time ago into my program. And people not only have the energy, they have flatter stomach, they are going to the bathroom, they're eliminating properly, But they can see this transformative weight loss process being taken place. We did hormones, right? Your cortisol hormones, your thyroid hormones. We also talk about toxins. So you have to detox. You also have to look at your digestive system. Are you absorbing your food? Do you have gas? Do you have bloat? Is your digestive system sluggish? Do you need enzymes? Is your pancreas, The pancreas produces insulin, but it also produces enzymes. Do you have enough amylase to digest your carbs? Do you have enough light paste to digest your fat? Like do you have acid reflux, do you have gastritis, do you have H. pylori, do you have gut infection? So you need to really address those things because they are the root causes of you not losing the weight. Until you do that, you're gonna try all the programs out. You're gonna try all the programs out there, You're gonna go to the weight loss clinic. Your insurance going to cover for these injections, you're going to find yourself chained to the injections and the medications because you don't know, I'm telling you today, if you don't know now, you know, before you even, even if you are interested in taking those injections, Or the medications, Or doing whatever, liposuction, bariatric surgery. These things are quick fixes, my friend, because you never really fix the underlying condition. You will gain the weight back. I guarantee you that. I'm not being a Debbie Downer, and I'm not trying to be negative. I'm just trying to prevent you the heartache. Because here in my clinic, and also online, because my Weight and Fat Loss with Herbs is an online program. Anybody, anywhere can join the program. And I'm hearing all the things people are trying, and I'm trying to save you the time and the energy and the money from trying all these things that will not work, from trying all these things that are literally tricking your body into believing that you're losing the weight, but you're not really losing the weight. You're not. You're not losing the weight. And then, yes, you should be going to the gym once you have the energy. You should be going to the gym when you have less inflammation. You should be going to the gym and exercise and hire a personal trainer when you feel a little better. I use an analogy yesterday of the car, The car is not functioning properly, but you want the car to drive from here where in New Jersey to Florida, which is like, you know, 12 hours or 24 hours drive, Like you pushing the car, you literally pushing the car to drive. Long distance, when you know the car is not functioning the way you want it to function. And that's the same thing with us going to the gym, We're drinking how many ounces of coffee? Which is very, you know, coffee is very moldy. If you have mold in your body, you're not going to lose the weight because mold produces mycotoxins and mycotoxins will prevent you from losing the weight. So do you understand? So next time you want to enroll into a weight loss program, I want you to do a few things. Do not enroll into a program out of desperation. Desperation, like when you're desperate, you're going to want to do all of the things. And where is that going to leave you? Disappointed, frustrated, feeling like a failure, and I don't want that for you. I want you to be empowered. I want you to be educated. I want you to make these decisions with open heart, open mind, knowing what you're getting yourself into. And also know the expectations, And also know the work that is required on your part. Because taking the weight loss medications without changing your diet, and just, like, believing the medication is going to do all the work for you, that is not realistic. That's not what we want. And I want you to think about your liver that has to process those medications. I want you to think about your kidneys that have to filter those medications, And I also want you to Google those medications. What is Dr. Google telling us about all these medications? And I know you want to lose weight. You want to feel great. I know you want to be healthy. You want to feel lighter, right? You want to decrease your medication usage. I know you want to be, you want to, you want to reverse whatever that, you know, conditions that you have, You want to get rid of your digestive issues. I know. I want you to do it the most effective ways. I want you to do it the most sustainable ways. I don't want you to meal peace. I don't Your care. I don't want you, I don't want you to just try all of the things, So we don't do things out of desperation. The second thing I want you to do, which I kept repeating myself, and hopefully you are hearing it, is to identify those causes. Why am I not losing the weight? Why am I trying all of these things out there, Why am I spending so much money on organic food, and I'm not losing the weight? Why am I changing my diet? Why I went from eating bread. Now I'm not eating bread anymore, but I'm still not losing the weight. Have you identified the root causes? Did you work with your doctor? Did we check all those markers that I just mentioned? Did you, there's no way you did all that and the way you're supposed to, and still don't know why you're not losing the weight. And then after that, I want you to detox. These are the step by step process. I'm literally giving you what you need to do. And I want you to detox. Yes. Detoxification alone will help you lose seven pounds from seven to 10 pounds in two weeks. Right now, my detox program, we are going, this is week number one. We started last week, week number one, people are losing five to seven pounds. And I included that detox program in my weight and fat loss with herbs, because I want you to start losing weight so you can have the energy, so you can have less inflammation, so you can get some wins and feel good in your body, so you can go out and exercise. Or you can go out to whatever that you choose to do. But if we are tired and exhausted, it is not fair to your body, to your organs, to yourselves, to be pushing yourself like that. It's not fair. Even if you're a type A personality, Like you, you want to get this done. I understand. And you believe in this is going to help you if it's helping you continue. And I don't want you not to exercise. I'm not saying to never exercise, you know, in your life. I'm just letting you know, in the state that you are now, if you're not feeling well, exercising will damage. We'll create more damage than good. That's what I'm telling you, You eating one meal per day is not going to help you. It's not going to help you lose the weight. One meal per day, not going to cut it. We need to eat to lose weight, So I want you to understand how when you have all these pieces into place, right? When you have all the puzzles together you will lose the weight with ease, effectively, Sustainably. Without trying all the quick fixes and then one, after you detox, I want you to have a roadmap. What am I gonna do? What, what am I gonna eat? What is my recipes, my meal plans, my healthy diet looks like? What herbs, what supplements am I taking, That's gonna help me with the weight loss that is not a medication, Where I don't have to depend on it forever until I die. We don't want that. And then how am I gonna maintain this weight? loss so I don't gain it back, What plan am I going to put in place for maintenance? Because it is very important. Just like you want to lose the weight, the most important piece is to maintain it because many, many of us are not maintaining the weight. We lose the weight and then we stop doing whatever we're doing. We don't have a plan in place. Boom, weight comes back. And that does something to your mindset, That makes you feel different. Like, wow, I am really not good at this. I'm not getting this thing. It's such a struggle for me. We don't want that. So again, these are the steps that I take my patients. So in my weight and fat loss with herbs, which I am doing for the very first time, I'm including testing is part of the program now. Before I would just have patients come into the program and then I would just give them the things because the products that I have in the program are designed to address all the things that I just mentioned. I have products, herbs in the program that will address your hormones, that will, with detox, that will address your stress. But in order for me to specifically tailor and target. The stress hormones when people have the highest, you know, elevation of cortisol, I required testing. So that's included into my weight and fat loss program. And then once you get the test and then it's the kit, we send that over to you. Or, we can send you a lab cop script where you can take it to your laboratory. And get testing and then you submit the results and then I can tailor your, you know, the protocol for you, the program, according to you would do that because again, it is a driven is a result driven program, meaning that you have to have, you're going to see a result in this program. It is not one of those programs you pay, you pay money. And then it's like, Oh, I finished the program. I still feel the same way. Or I had a little improvement. There was no measurable results. Weight, my weight and fat loss with herbs. We have measurable results. You lose 12 pounds in two and a half months. And people lose way more than that. And then if you want to lose 20 pounds, then you have to rinse and repeat. By that time you are learning, As you go to the program, you're learning what to do, what not to do, which food your body's loving, which food your body's disliking. When you are eating too much carb, you're not losing the weight when to take it down a notch. Like in my detox program, I literally give these people two days of eat me up eating. I'm like, if you want to lose weight, eat this, eat this, do this, do this. If you want to gain weight, eat this, do this, and do this, like I literally tailored the program for them. It's a good program because people were coming to me, they be like, Oh, okay. And they're already losing weight. But I have a few cancer patients that are in my detox program after chemotherapy. They want to remove that thing out of the bodies, and after taking the vaccine as well, they want to remove that thing out of the bodies, but they don't want to lose weight, So they will come to me and be like, I understand when you lose toxins, you lose weight. When you detox, you lose weight, you lose toxins, you lose inflammation, you lose water, But I don't want to lose weight. I want to, like, gain weight. So I give them an example of what they should be eating according to the detox meal plan. Because all my programs have meal recipes in them. The weight and fat loss program has meal plans in it. My hormone and sex survival program has a meal plan. My detox program has a meal plan. My gut decluttering program has a meal plan. Now literally I'm moving the guessing game out, you know, like telling you what to eat. All you have to do is just implement and show up for yourself. So you get the testing, we send you a kit, including in the weight and fat loss with herbs. I'm literally giving you examples of food you need to eat. It is a group program. So it's a high touch program, even though it's a group program, but we have, uh, I'm only including 15 people at this time because I want to make sure I'm creating and customize individualized protocol for all 15 people, Giving them specific recommendations so they can actually get the results that I'm promising 12 pounds in two and a half months. And I guarantee you're going to lose more than more than 12 pounds because again, the detox alone, you can lose anywhere from five to 10 pounds. And then we go two months into the program. So you're going to lose the weight. You're going to lose the weight. It's not one of those programs. You're just throwing spaghetti at the wall, You don't know what you're doing. Let me do this. Let me do that. Let me do all of the things. No, there are specific instructions for you to implement. I'm going to say this, and I'm not going to apologize for it because I am, I don't want you to think that all of the things that you desire is so hard to get. I don't want you to think like, I cannot heal my body. I cannot get off those medications. Oh my God, this is so hard. This is the story we're telling ourselves when it doesn't have to be. People are losing weight and they're not doing the most to lose the weight. Weight loss to me is very easy. I have weight loss like a, like a faucet. I can turn it on. I lose weight and I'm like, okay, I need to step back. I need to turn it back up, you know, off so I can gain weight because I know my body. I listen to my body. I implement the things that my body is loving, I'm literally always looking for root causes of the things, of the way I'm feeling. I spend a lot of time with myself, learning myself, learning about me. So of course, I'm going to actually get in tune, Connected with my body and give it what it needs, We are not perfect. I say this all of the time. I'm not perfect. What makes me different than many people? I listen to my body. That's it. I eat the same food you eat, the blueberries, The raspberries, the quinoa, I eat the cauliflower, I eat kale, I eat all the greens, you eat it, I eat it, But I, I have a step by step process that I take myself, my body, me. Through to give me the results that I want. We are designed to think that everything is so hard and so difficult when it's not. If you desire to lose weight, it is possible for you, You just have to really take in consideration what is it that you're doing now that's not giving you the results. What are you missing? And stop doing all the quick fixes. They don't work. They will never work. This is coming from a weight loss expert. I literally went to school. I got my certificate in doctor supervised weight loss. I've done the HCG, I've done the 500 calorie diet, I've done this, I've done that. I mean, I've had a weight loss program since 2018 and I'm tweaking it. I'm learning, I'm hearing what my patients are telling me. I'm hearing what is going on. I'm studying the environment. I'm studying like my industry. So is it hard to lose weight? Not in my world. It is not. Have you identified all the process or the step by step process or the root causes? Do you have a roadmap? Do you have a clear path? Are you in a program that is guaranteed to lose the weight without the quick fixes? Are you implementing the medication right now? You're letting that medication do the work for you. You're not taking ownership of what you could be doing. Are you learning skills that you can carry with you into the rest of your life? For So these are the questions you need to ask yourself. What are you missing?? Because at the end of the day, whatever you desire, it's already existed. People are doing it. You want to lose weight? People are losing weight. People are literally losing weight. Ease. With ease. With ease. And they are not unicorn. They are not special. We're not special people. The people that are losing weight, we are doing all the crazy things. We're not special people. We just know the process. We just implemented the process, And right now, stress is at the most high, highest Am I saying this right? Like everybody's stressed out because everybody's stressed out. Everybody's sick. Cold, stomach issues, like if you have children, they are bringing all the germs, but if you are stressed out, you are not gonna lose the weight. You're going to have more inflammation. Your immune system is going to be very weak. So therefore your immune system will not be activated to go after the allergens. You're going to have allergies right now. Food sensitivities, because you're not detoxifying. You're holding on to all the toxins that have been sprayed, that have been sprayed on the food. The herbicides, pesticides, the BPAs, the phthalates. So I would love for you to consider that there are other options that you might not explore yet that could help you lose the weight. With ease, effectively, a sustainable process where you don't have to kill yourself at the gym or eating a 500 calorie diet and be miserable through the whole process. Life is meant to be lived, So if you're not living life right now, why? What is missing? Have you asked yourself this question? What is missing in my life? Because we're put on this planet to really enjoy life, not to be miserable until we die. That, to me, that's a no no in my book. It is 50 50. 50 percent good, 50 percent bad. The last, the last two cohorts, they weren't any testing. Again, I'm studying these people. They lost weight, but I'm like, okay. I'm seeing them, they have more stress in the evening, but I'm not sure they have more stress in the evening. So I have, I find myself tweaking the program for the last two cohort, I'm tweaking. I'm like, okay, well, if you have motion versus me testing, I'm like, okay, you definitely have more stress in the morning. Take those herbs in the morning so that you can Ease your way to life, ease your way to your day and not let every situation stress you out, I have a patient that was in the program. She was like, my stepson used to trigger me. So she has a stepson, it's a blended family. She has a stepson that lives away to college, but the stepson lives with mom. So when the stepson will come and visit, they always get into an argument. She said, Dr. Gentile, You're going to be so proud of me. I'm like, Oh, I'm already proud of you. She's like, you will not believe how my stepson came home and we had no fight. None. She said, I was so cool, collected. I just let him do whatever. I'm like, you know what? This is, this, my health is more important. I'm not fighting you on this. You want to do this? Go ahead. You have, you're going to be doing today with the consequences versus before it was like, like butting heads, fighting all the time. You can't do this. I'm going to do this. You know, what? Like talking, you know, she was talking to her husband. Can you believe he's doing this? Look, I'm doing this. Like she's like, you know what? You do you that's what, that's when, you know, you manage in your stress. She said, I'm just going to focus on me because that's what's in my control. I am in my own, in my control. I cannot change other people. And this has been an issue for a long time now, it's not getting resolved, and I don't want to stress that, I don't want to be stressed out about it. So I'm just gonna let them do what they need to do, and I'm just gonna focus on me. And how did we do that? Lakshi has those herbs, those Chinese herbs, This combination of herbs that is literally go in and help support the adrenals. Those herbs that is decreasing anxiety, decreasing the heart race and the panic attack. Those herbs that makes you feel happy because it helps create those dopamine, those feel good hormones.
